The most helping was Nisreen , we booked 2 nights but every morning she gave us tips and tricks for the country so we ended up staying 13 nights, Nisreen makes this place nice even if it has a lot of “ - “ . If you have a employer of the year she is the star everyday with a smile on her face Is located in the heart of Beirut , I always found a parking place .

well Im quite spoiled with travels, but this my trip was just amazing! Lebanon is just gorgeous, each second was enjoyable, and for sure I enjoyed my stay in the hotel! Staff were more than helpful, we were in touch even much earlier than the trip started. My room was big and clean with everything needed with a really stunning view! Staff were more than hospitable aranging everything I need and checking everyday if Im okay. Location is perfect for sure. If Ill return back to Beirut, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Frankly speaking im speechless as all staff were simply proffessionas. Very helpful and easy going. Always smiling. I actually dealt with Mr. Ayoub. He was very friendly, very helpfull and very good in customer service. For the reataurant. Mr. Falah and mr. Ayoub they have very good customer service skills. I dont know the name of the other gentlemen who was working night shift he was very good as well. Im very delighted to come back again as i really loved the stay.

Mr. Ayoub at the reception offered me the best services a guest can get in a hotel. He was very helpful and welcoming, and fulfilled all my requests at top priority. He made my stay at the hotel one of the best experiences to have in Al-Hamra, Beirut. Thank you so much brother Ayoub.

The best thing about that hotel was the staff. The worst thing about it was the network, which was a disaster; perhaps the customers were using selfishnet or something, but it was the only bad thing. But again, they have the best staff—kind, professional, and helpful.

It is located in the heart of the city , Nisreen is the heart of the place , she was very kind and gave us everyday all the information we needed . We booked for one night and we stayed almost 2 weeks because we love that she gave us every day an intinerary for viziting the country .
